The New IGBT Modules ( Transfer Molded Type ) provide low conduction and switching losses as well as short circuit ruggedness. They are designed for applications such as Motor control, Uninterrupted Power Supplies (UPS) and general Inverters where short circuit ruggedness is a required feature.
