Ultra-low power microcontroller based on 48-MHz Arm® Cortex®-M23 core and up to 256-KB code flash and 32-KB SRAM memory. Superior high precision analog capabilities such as 16-bit A/D Converter, 24-bit sigma-delta A/D Converter, 12-bit D/A Converter, and Operational Amplifiers eliminate external analog components, reducing BOM cost and PCB size. In addition, security and safety features enable customers to implement a secure system.Today, customers use external discrete analog components for signal conditioning and precision measurement of analog signals, which increases BOM cost and design complexity. In addition, discrete analog design is less flexible to adapt for changes forcing customers to re-design analog circuits to meet always evolving market requirements. The S1JA MCU provides fully integrated and flexible analog functions that are programmable, allowing CPU customers to explore algorithms that can maximize application performance.
