The LC87F0A08A is an 8-bit microcontroller that, centered around a CPU running at a minimum bus cycle time of 12ns, integrates on a single chip a number of hardware features such as 8K-byte flash ROM, 256-byte RAM, an on-chip debugger, a sophisticated 16-bit timer/counter, a 16-bit timer/counter, a 16-bit timer with a prescaler, a base timer serving as a realtime clock, an asynchronous/synchronous SIO interface, a 12-bit 8-channel AD converter with 12-/8-bit resolution selector, a 20X amplifier, constant-voltage detect interrupt, a comparator, a system clock frequency divider, an internal reset circuit, and a 16-source 9-vector interrupt feature.
