The uPD78P078Y is a member of the uPD78078Y Subseries of the 78K/0 Series, in which the on-chip mask ROM of the uPD78078Y is replaced with a one-time PROM or EPROM. Because this device can be programmed by users, it is ideally suited for system evaluation, small-lot and multiple device production, and early development and time-to-market. The uPD78P078Y can be also used for system evaluation of a uPD78075BY Subseries device

  • Internal PROM: 60 Kbytes
  • Internal high-speed RAM: 1024 bytes
  • Internal expansion RAM: 1024 bytes
