Description
The µPD78F071x are products of a series developed for motor applications performing 2-chip control and which specializes in motor control. They incorporate a 10-bit inverter control timer that enables PWM output with dead time and a Hi-Z output controller that controls the high impedance (Hi-Z) of 6- phase PWM for fail-safe.
- Minimum instruction execution time can be changed from high speed (0.1 µs: @ 20 MHz operation with) X1 input clock) to low-speed (8.33 µs: @ 240 kHz operation with internal low-speed oscillation clock)
