XMC4100 combines Infineon"s leading-edge peripheral set with an industry-standard ARM® Cortex ®-M4 in a very small footprint (7x7mm VQFN) with built-in DSP, FPU, MPU and DMA. It delivers high performance of up to 80MHz, a rich peripheral set including CAN 2.0 B active with message buffer, 64kB Flash with 20kB RAM and operating temperature up to 125°C. XMC4108 is addressing applications such as motor controllers, sensors, detectors, IO devices, inverter, converter and medical instrumentation. All XMC devices are supported by Infineon’s integrated development platform DAVE™, which makes convenient, fast and application-orientated software development possible.
