Description
The H8/36014 Group and H8/36024 Group offer the high-speed H8/300H Tiny CPU core with enhanced communication functions based on the H8/3672 Group and are optimized to provide low-cost solutions for small communications networks in applications such as fire and security systems. These devices are available in two flash versions, the H8/36014F with 32 kbytes of on-chip single power supply flash memory( the same as the popular H8/3664F )and the H8/36012F with 16 kbytes of on-chip single power supply flash memory (the same as the H8/3672F Series ). Both devices can operate between 3 V and 5.5V.They incorporate peripheral functions including powerful timers, two asynchronous/synchronous interfaces, a 10-bit A/D converter, and CMOS high current I/O ports. Four types of packages are available: a 64-pin LQFP (10 mm x 10 mm), two 48-pin LQFP (10 mm x 10 mm and 7 mm x 7 mm), and a 48-pin LQFN (7mm x 7 mm). The devices also offers pin compatibility with the H8/3664Group.Power-on reset and low-voltage detection functions, available as options, are recommended for use in designing products which are subject to voltage fluctuations when using battery power, as well as for products requiring higher levels of system integrity. As is the case with the H8/3664 Group, the H8/36014 Group and H8/36024 Group support the E8 emulator, providing support for an on-chip debugger interface.
