The XC2365A is a new member of the XC2300 microcontroller family, with focus on safety-applications. The XC2365A contains, besides the well known standard peripherals, dedicated safety features like a memory protection unit (MPU), a memory checker module (CRC) and a new broken wire detection ability of the ADC. The XC2365A comes in a 100-pin package, available memory options are up to 832kB embedded ?ash.
