Digital Potentiometer 100POS 1k Ohm Single 8-Pin SOIC N Tube

The X9C102 is Intersils’digitally controlled (XDCP) potentiometers. The deviceconsists of a resistor array, wiper switches, a control section,and non-volatile memory. The wiper position is controlled bya three-wire interface. The potentiometer is implemented by a resistor arraycomposed of 99 resistive elements and a wiper switchingnetwork. Between each element and at either end are tappoints accessible to the wiper terminal. The position of thewiper element is controlled by the CS, U/D, and INC inputs.The position of the wiper can be stored in non-volatilememory and then be recalled upon a subsequent power-upoperation. The device can be used as a three-terminal potentiometer oras a two-terminal variable resistor in a wide variety ofapplications ranging from control to signal processing toparameter adjustment.
