Ultra-Low-Power
- 10 low-power modes with power and clock gating for optimal peripheral activity and recovery times. Run power consumption down to 350 µA/MHz and static power consumption down to 5.6 µA, full state retention and 6 µS wake-up. Lowest static mode down to 280 nA.
