Analog Switch Single SPDT 6-Pin MicroPak W T/R, FSA4157L6X, ON Semiconductor

The FSA4157 is high performance Single Pole/Double Throw (SPDT) analog switch. Feature ultra low RON of 1.15O maximum at 4.5V VCC and operates over a wide VCC range of 1.65V to 5.5V for FSA4157. The device is fabricated with sub-micron CMOS technology to achieve fast switching speeds and is designed for break-before-make operation. The select input is TTL level compatible.
