The ISL43L121 devices is low ON-resistance, low voltage, bidirectional, precision, dual single-pole/single-throw (SPST) analog switches designed to operate from a single +1.65V to +3.6V supply. Targeted applications include battery powered equipment that benefit W)m), low power consumption (0.12Wfrom low RON (0.16 and fast switching speeds (tON = 13ns, tOFF = 13ns). Cell phones, for example, often face ASIC functionality limitations. The number of analog input or GPIO pins may be limited and digital geometries are not well suited to analog switch performance. This family of parts may be used to switch in additional functionality while reducing ASIC design risk. The ISL43L120 are offered in an 8 Ld MSOP package, alleviating board space limitations. The ISL43L120 are dual singlepole/single-throw (SPST) devices. The ISL43L121 has two normally closed (NC) switches.
