Analog Switch Dual SPDT 16-Pin CDIP N, DG390AAK/883B, Maxim Integrated

Maxim’s DG39OA CMOS dual and quad analog switches combine low poweroperation with fast switching times and superior DCand AC switch characteristics. On resistance is lessthan 50O and is essentially constant over the analogsignal range. Device specifications are ideal for batterypowered circuitry. These switches are available in a variety of formats asoutlined below in the Pin Configurations section. Theswitch control logic inputs are fully TTL and CMOScompatible. Also featured are “break-before-make” switching and low charge injection. Maxim"s DG390 families is electrically compatible and pin compatible withthe original manufacturer"s devices. All devices willoperate with power supplies ranging from ±5V to±18V. Single supply operation is implemented byconnecting V- to GND.
