ADC Single SAR 76ksps 12-bit Parallel/Serial 24-Pin SOIC W T/R, MAX190BCWG+T, Maxim Integrated

The MAX190 is a monolithic, CMOS, 12-bit analog-todigitalconverter (ADC) featuring differential inputs,track/hold (T/H), internal voltage reference, internal orexternal clock, and parallel or serial µP interface. TheMAX190 has a 7.5µs conversion time, a 5µs acquisitiontime, and a guaranteed 76ksps sample rate. Decoupling capacitors are the only external componentsneeded for the power supply and reference. ThisADC operates with either an external reference, or aninternal reference that features an adjustment input fortrimming system gain errors. The MAX191 provides three interface modes: two 8-bitparallel modes, and a serial interface mode that is compatiblewith SPITM, QSPITM, and MICROWIRETM serialinterfacestandards.
