MCU 16-bit HCS12 CISC 32KB Flash 2.5V/3.3V/5V 80-Pin PQFP Tray, MC9S12E32CFUE, NXP

The MC9S12E is a 112/80-pin, cost-effective, general-purpose MCU family, using the important on-chip features needed for your automotive designs. The MC9S12E has full 16-bit data paths throughout. The inclusion of a phase-lock look (PLL) circuit allows power consumption and performance to be adjusted to suit operational requirements. An on-chip bandgap-based voltage regulator (Vreg) generates the internal digital supply voltage of 2.5 V (VDD) from a 3.15–5.5 V external supply range.
