The UPD78F4216A Subseries is a member of the 78K/IV Series and consists of 100-pin products intended for general-purpose applications. The 78K/IV Series has 16-bit single-chip microcontrollers and provides a high-performance CPU with functions such as access to a 1 MB memory space. The UPD78F4216A has a 128 KB mask ROM and a 8,192 bytes RAM on chip.
