LCD driver MCU with built-in A/D converter, serial interface, sub-clock, on-chip oscillator, etc. Maximum oscillation frequency is 12.5MH. Comes in an80-pin package. QzROM version and Flash memory version are pin-compatible with 38C5 Group. Enhanced with ROM correction function.
