LCD driver MCU with built-in A/D converter, serial interface, sub-clock, etc. Maximum oscillation frequency is 10MHz. Comes in an 80-pin package. QzROM version is pin-compatible and software compatible with 3822 Group. Enhancedwith ROM correction function and Watchdog timer.
